I love that petal like a tongue reaching out to taste the rain!

Leslee: The rest of the flower is a bit beaten down by the monsoon-like rains we've had the last few days. But I liked that petal too.

Sky: Thank you. It's actually the window of a derelict outhouse in the grounds of a rather beautiful Georgian house that I pass each morning on the way to work. One day I'll do a photo feature on it. The dereliction and the plant life that is taking over, is fascinating.

Love the tree that seems to be growing out of a brownie.

Zhoen: Heh. The brownie is a damp, old, red brick!

I wondered what type of tree.

HHB: Eek. I went to try and identify the seedling this morning and SOMEONE HAS CUT IT DOWN! So the mystery remains. :-(
